Q. How is my order packaged?
Every order ships in a plain brown box with no branding, logos, or product information visible. The return address shows "LB Retail" with no reference to Love Bug or the product category.
No one will know what's inside unless they open the package.
Q. What will appear on my credit card or bank statement?
Your statement will show "LB Retail" or "LB India" - nothing that indicates the nature of the purchase. Completely discreet.
Q. What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products only within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll replace it or issue a full refund - no questions asked.
Q. What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Q. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned product (or approve a damage claim), refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Q. Are your products safe to use?
Yes. Every product we carry is made from body-safe, non-toxic materials - primarily medical-grade silicone and ABS plastic.
