  • We currently ship across India.

  • All orders are dispatched through trusted third‑party courier partners.

Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on prepaid orders (unless stated otherwise during checkout).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes and may carry an additional charge.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after dispatch cannot be modified or cancelled.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 1-3 business days

  • Non‑metro / remote locations: 4-7 business days

Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please record a video before opening and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Missing items or incorrect deliveries must also be reported within 24 hours.
