CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed products.

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Email us at hello@lovebugs.in within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the issue, and the original packaging

If approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

  • Shipping or reverse pickup charges may be deducted where applicable

  • COD refunds require valid bank details

Important Notes

  • Returns may be refused if products are used, opened, or damaged due to misuse

  • Exchanges for different products are not allowed

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are subject to the same hygiene‑based return restrictions
